Paint kit for Erick Cantu's Embraer 120

Featured Replies

Found a paint kit for the Embraer 120 by Erick Cantu (e120pkpp.zip, found here at avsim.com). Sadly for me, it is written to Paint Shop Pro v.9.1. I only have version 8, and therefore I can't open the files. Are there other paint kits for the plane out there, or made a version for PSP 8.0? I haven't found any one yet.Regards Henrik

Pretty stupid to limit the paint kit to PSP 8+ users.. I'm sure there would have been a way to make it compatible across the board. You can download trials off the Jasc (now Corel) website for PSP.

Thanks for the advice. It is done now. I downloaded the newest PSP X2 from Corels homepage, opened the files, and saved it in PSD format. And then, no problems to open the PSD files in my PSP 8.Once again, Thank you.RegardsHenrik

The PSP one was done in PSP 8 because that is what I had (I used 9 actually and made it available in 8 format because 9 can open 8...can't remember if I could have saved another version as 7,6,5, etc).I also made a PSD version for Photoshop users and just a standard BMP one with no layers available in case I ran into this situation. ;)Henrik could have used the standard one (or even opened the PSD one now that I think about it), but of course he wanted the layers I built in the PSP one. (who wouldn't) :)Anyway, I converted the PSP paintkit into a version Henrik could use and mailed it to him.Regards,Steve Dra
