December 18, 200718 yr >The repainting tutorial on my website was made using>Photoshop CS2/3.>>Follow the link below, then go to Tutorials - The Complete>Repaint Walkthrough.Hi Morgan, just wanted to say....awesome tutorial. One of the best I have seen using Photoshop. Thank You.Looking forward to the day, when you have totally finished the project. If/when you reach that point, any chance you'll offer a pdf download for the complete tutorial? If not, understand...your time and effort is greatly appreciated.Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.Best,David
December 18, 200718 yr Moggy, Question from the tutorial:Why can't I put the panel lines OVER the color and then make them less opaque to make them less noticable? I.E. I make the panel lines one of the upper layers and I get them very dark with high contrast - excessive contrast actually. Then I cut the opacity back to 35%-40%. How does that give a different/less desirable result? Please note, I am NOT arguing with you. I really, REALLY want to know.Regards,Bill
December 23, 200718 yr Hey guys :)David, thanks very much for the comments! I am planning on offering it as a pdf version along with a few others. I plan on revisiting it early next year to finally get it finished, theres also a few bits that I want to change.Bill, this is actually exactly how I do it in my mini tutorial here.Above or below doesn't really make much difference for the panel line. However you'll probably want to put any panel line highlights (the white lines) above the colour layers. Which bit were you referring to? It's been soo long since I've done some of it! :) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
