January 31, 200323 yr Just wondering if there is much performance difference between the Geforce 3Ti500 and the GeForce 4 Ti4200?Any comments welcomed and much appreciated.Cheers[br][/img]
January 31, 200323 yr Good question- I'd be interested in the performance difference between the Ti200 and the Ti4200. The first thing that registers would be 128M video memory and texture size. Bruce. ASEL, Instrument. KBJC, Colorado.
January 31, 200323 yr Between a Ti500 and a Ti4200...not much of a difference really. The GF4 is a good deal faster at FSAA, but that's about it.Between a Ti200 and a Ti4200, the difference is a bit bigger, obviously, and the performance difference will be noitacble. If you are looking for a good bang for the buck card, the Radeon 9500 Pro is the ideal card right now (I don't work for ATI :-lol ). -

February 1, 200323 yr Hi Everyone,I just upgraded from a GF2-GTS to a GF4-TI4200 am I am amazed at the difference in both texture rendering and speed. I have my system locked at 15FPS and it is maxed all the time at Lago's PHNL (Honolulu International). The colors are just vibrant and all plane textures load much faster. I am running nVIdia 4109 drivers and they work just great with this card.CheersBob JohnsonDenver, CO
