i have just bought and installed fs2crew and installed SP1 and 2...When starting fs9 with the pmdg 737-800 there is some of the buttons on the overhead that i can't press include the batt button?? and sometimes the fs2crew shows all of the programs things on the screen at the same time?? what i going on???

Hi,Richard's right.You forgot to install Service Update 1 for the PMDG 800/900.Also, make sure you read all the manuals including the FAQs and Tutorials, everything.Everything is answered there.Cheers,Bryan
