Hello Murray,I replied to your email.The coupon is working for other people, so it's not corrupt.You took the coupon out of the zip I assume? You need to do that.Also, don't try to open the coupon with a graphic viewer as that can possibly corrupt it (according to Flight1).All the best,Bryan
