Elevation for airports

Featured Replies

Hello everybody,Does anyone know where I could find the elevation info to specify in FS2Crew for any airport I want?On the charts? which one? and so on...Ori.

Hi Ori,To find the exact elevation of your airport you can use the charts of the airport which you'll find on that countries airspace/airservices website (eg in Australia the Air Service Australia website). This will also contain the elevation of the runway thresholds and so forth. However an easier and equally accurate way is to use the MS2004 inbuilt 'Flight Planner', select the departure as the airport you want to know about and any destination and you'll be able to find the info on the map.http://www.users.on.net/~jermslio/images/Elevation.jpgRegardsJeremy
