SimConnect Documentation

Featured Replies

Hello all, I am quite interested on SimConnect but I am not able to download the 8GB of the FSX Beta Version that contains the SDK.Anybody that has the beta could upload the Documentation to the Forum and then it will be available for everybody to start learning, thinking and creating new ideas...thanksCarlos.

I think it is a good idea that the SDK's and documentation be made available - preferably by Microsoft. They even have a [A href=http://www.microsoft.com/games/flightsimulatorx/downloads.html]download section[/A] on their website.It's [A href=http://switch.atdmt.com/action/IE_7_RC_Windows_XP_SP2_mostcommon]not[/A] like they haven't [A href=http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=435bfce7-da2b-4a6a-afa4-f7f14e605a0d&displaylang=en]made[/A] other [A href=http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=bcf8a0d8-81e7-4ea5-be55-3673e5b33368&displaylang=en]beta[/A] products [A href=http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/getready/preview.mspx]available[/A]...Derek

With the SDKs being in the deluxe version distribution, I wonder if that means they won't be available for download?scott s..

Hi,The MS bloggers mentioned that they would be downloadable, but this was before the Standard/Deluxe "feature" was announced. I assume they still will be though.Hope this helps,--Tom GibsonCal Classic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.comFreeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.comDrop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___

Seems pointless to charge extra for a version with the SDK and then make it available to download for free. At the very least it would p*ss off the people who bought the deluxe version.

Well, the deluxe version has some additional aircraft and a few more hi-res airports in it as well...--2002cbr600f4i
