MD 11 panel question

Featured Replies

Greetings All Is there a better panel available for the idgf md11? Searched for a while but not sure what to useAndrew

Thanks scott967. I downloaded the panel and installed but i get the default cessna172 panel when i launch the acAny help?Andrew:-hmmm

Hi,Let me try to help you here....If you installed the package as it should be installed, you have a folder in your FS9/Aircraft folder which is named "ACS MD-11 panel".In that folder you see a "Install.exe" file. Click on that and select the MD11 you wish to direct to the MD11 panel. It is very wise to also read the entire "Readme" file in the FS9/Aircraft/ACS MD-11 panel folder, inorder to understand the install process better. :-wavehttp://www.scandicair.com/images/sa_banner.gifDell Dimension 4600 P4/2.8 at 3.0 Ghz1024 Mb DDR333 Dual channel memory (2x256,1x512)AGP 256 Mb ATI Radeon X850 Pro ViVo, flashed to a X850 XT PE. Thanks Staffan I ran the install exe. but no go.still not showing up. The instructions say you need a previous panel installed. Could this be the problem?

this is a great panel. i'm not in a 'fly the long range jets' mode lately (been in the 'cockpits' of 737s and DC9s). have enjoyed this MD11 setup through it's many updates.you must first install the current 'base pack' -*version complete 2.47: ACSMD11panel_247.zipthen install the update -*Upgrade to version 2.52: ACSMD11panel_U_252.zipif you want 'md11' sounds download -*Optional engine sounds for the MD-11, version 1.00: ACSMD11sound_100.zip--

Could this be the problem?Yepp,...it can.Try to copy the default 737 panel to the MD11 panel folder. Because I hope you have a Panel folder in your MD11 folder....?...or?And you have to install the base package first....then the update. :-)http://www.scandicair.com/images/sa_banner.gifDell Dimension 4600 P4/2.8 at 3.0 Ghz1024 Mb DDR333 Dual channel memory (2x256,1x512)AGP 256 Mb ATI Radeon X850 Pro ViVo, flashed to a X850 XT PE.
