How to save a fuel load configuration?

Featured Replies

Hi,as you probably noticed when you load a plane it has always full loaded tanks. I would like to save all my planes in a, let's say, 50% fuel load configuration at startup. Is there any parameter to set in some configuration file?ThanksFrancesco

Load your plane, then go to ALT/AIRCRAFT/FUEL & PAYLOAD and reset the fuel quantities to you preference. Then save the flight naming it whatever you like. When returning to FS9, choose saved flights and select your saved flight. Only way to do it.

Same idea, but do it with the default flight. Only problem is different aircraft have different fuel tank configurations, os you won't always get exactly what you want but close enough.scott s..

I see. So you can't set something externally to the flight, do you? I just hoped you could set something in the .air or in the aircraft.cfg files...Thanks anywayFrancesco
