I've noticed that I can tune my COM 1 and COM 2 radios to two different channels (duh) by I can only transmit on COM 1. Is this a FS limitation or am I missing something?

Please be more specific. Does this occur with ALL aircraft or just one? Which one (ones)?This may often be fixed by editing the aircrafts CFG file. But first, please supply the details.Jim

I'm fling the DreamFleet Baron 58. I've noticed it in other aircraft as well. I'll tune COM2 to the ground radio and COM1 to the tower. Once I've landed, tower tells me to contact ground. With COM2 already tuned, I should be able to do this. But ground doesn't talk to me until I've tuned COM1 to the ground. Ideas???

Hmm, interesting, I tend to set it on the swap side of Com1.

Is there not a selection panel above the radio stack which controls which Com frequency is "active"?I'm not sure whether this works in FS - possibly it is always looking for COM1 no matter what you do, but you could try playing with the selectors and see if it makes a difference.
