How To Force AI Traffic Refresh f/ Correct Runways?

Featured Replies

Hello:My ActiveSky 6 has a "Refresh AI traffic" that forces AI traffic to takeoff/land on the correct runways for the winds (this bug in FS kills me!:)) I'd like to do that not using AS6, does anyone know if there's a set of keystrokes that will force an AI traffic refresh? Thanks, as always, Happy New Year.Ian

I dont know if this will work, but if you press R and then the + key to 8x speed and then back to normal the AI a/c will disappear and re-set. You can do this in paused mode too. I often use it to jump a queue for takeoff.I have no idea if this will achieve what you want it to though.Peter

Hi,If you want to keep your current ATC status, either changing the time rate or the time itself will reload the AI (but not always change the runway in use, as I remember). If you don't care about your ATC status, the best way is to use World/Map, change your heading by one degree, and click OK. This will set your ATC status back to the beginning, though.Hope this helps,--Tom GibsonCal Classic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.comFreeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.comDrop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___

If you upgraded to a full version of FSUIPC you can assign a keystroke to toggle AI off and on to refresh AI.
