Can someone update night textures on FFX's 737???

Featured Replies

I noticed that on some of FFX's 737s there is no night textures and only the wing's landing light are visible from the cockpit... These are soeme great birds and I hope this is not too much to ask (can someone update the existing night textures and also is it possible for FFX to activate the rest of the bird's landing lights??)....

Awesome update!!! I just downloaded the fix.. Now I'm wondering who do I contact to get all the landing lights visible in the cockpit. Not trying to be a nag or anything like that, just hopeing this gets fixed as well. I really see no other problems with this aircraft. Well actually I do have one more, I don't have the time to fly this thing as much as I would want....Thanks again Steve.

"I don't have the time to fly this thing as much as I would want...."LOl....you're preaching to the quior there! :) I hardly have time to take my own birds up long enough to check the textures! :(I'm not sure how to fix the lights. Maybe Eric, but I know he has other projects he's working on.Regards,Steve Dra

Thanks again Steve...Well all I can ask is and/or hope you could pass this request along, maybe when someone in your camp has the time they could design an update? I know you guys have lives outside of FS and also other projects as well, so whenever/if ever you guys could get around to a fix would be greatly appreciated. One point I would like to make is, many designs have unrealistic control over the aircraft's night-lights. Many have lights controlled with the wrong switches and/or have landing lights with no taxi lights (in your design you can see the lights from the outside of the aircraft but not the inside). PSS A320 for example only has landing lights... This may seem like a small issue but at night it would be very nice to be able to control the lights because taxing is much easier with the landing lights off (only using the taxi lights). Many panels that are coming out now are designed for aircraft to have these features enabled. So if you guys don't get around to upgrading this aircraft, maybe you can use my suggestion for future designs. It would make allot of people happy... One thing is for sure, your 737 speaks for itself if this is the only problem I can find. I guess with this feature fixed, you have a perfect 737 (at least in my book). Ariene Design can't compete with that and their charging people...Les--
