September 12, 200718 yr When going through the before start checklist and the FO calls out "Passenger Signs", no matter what I do or what I have done in my pre-flight, the response from the pilot is always "Oops, not set. Let me set them now." I've already tried setting them both to "On", the No Smoking to "Auto" and Seat Belts to "On", but I still get the same "Oops, not set" response. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?Thank you.
