December 8, 200817 yr I followed the link on AVSIMS home page to a Flight 1 wrapped Mentor. I downloaded it and bought it. It was an FS2004 model with FSX file for compatiblility. I cannot even get textures on the plane nor thumbnails after installing the FS9 model and the FSX compatibility file, and it only has 2 models. Yet...when I go directly to the Carenado site they have the new FSX Mentor with 3 models, and supposedly it is a TRUE FSX model.I feel that I paid $19.95 for a model that is not truly an FSX plane. Is AVSIM recommending a plane that is not the true FSX plane at the wrong link? Are there 2 distinct files...one at Carenado and one at Flight 1 called a Carenado model? I'm confused. Stan

December 8, 200817 yr Author Blue bar at the top of their page, says "support"http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=service Yes. I've been there. They do not accept emails and request you go to their forums. I've explained it in a general discussion forum but it doesn't seem to get to the right person who helps. I'll try Carenado.Stan

You simply have to submit a 'ticket', and get your refund. Then, you can wait for Flight1 to actually carry the new Mentor, or purchase it directly from Carenado.
