:( Hi all, had to reinstall fs9, now menue bar will not show. the hide menue is ticked ( so am I ) and will not untick. Any help will be appreciated. thanks.

Press Ctrl + Alt together

Or just press the Alt button!

If you are in Full Screen mode, press ALT to bring up the menu bar.If you have it hidden, Right click near the top of your screen (and inch or so down from the top). That should bring up a dialogue box where you can opt to hide or display the Menu bar.If your system will not accept a change in that dialogue, then you have a more severe problem.Hope that helps. :(
