March 11, 200917 yr XP SP1, FS9 SP1, RC4 and AdvDisp (networked), FSUIPC 3.8.5.0 and WideFS both registered (and other stuff of course).Following a new build I now have a horrid green band showing text of RC messages: it also shows PMDH MD11 initializatio countdown. What do I have to do to get rid of it? I know there are three options on the first FSUIPC screen but none remove the message. Thanks,Nicholas

March 11, 200917 yr XP SP1, FS9 SP1, RC4 and AdvDisp (networked),Seems he already has AdvDisp. What message are you getting in the text field?General text or model specific. And the PMDG initial is part of the Model. Nothing you can do about that one.Cheers Clarke Kruger - CYEG
March 11, 200917 yr Go into your FS modiles folder and rename advdisplay.dll to .dlx to disable it. Then fire up FS and load a flight. Open FSUIPC by hitting ALT, then clicking on modules, then click on FSUIPC. On the About and Register tab be sure FSUIPC Multiline Display Text is checked and Hide All Single Line Messages is unchecked.
