No keyboard assignments in PMDG menu

I have just installed the 747X and checked the kbd assingnments and they are all blank. How would I fix this? Thanks.

Please sign your name to posts in this forum.Assign keycommands (they are blank by default), if they don't "stick" then that is a problem.
