Alexei!Why do you see blank screens after loading the plane? Because of this:This is a failure of the validation system. First try reinstalling the aircraft and if the problem persists, contact Support with your name and order ID and they will get the issue sorted out! FSX vs. FS9BTW. How can you say it

The other less common reason, especially if the MCDU has no keyboard or display, is the C++ runtime library is not installed or isn't working for some reason. Try to repair the installation, and when the runtime installer comes up be sure to select repair.If you need to email pmdg support, make sure you get an automated response. No reponse means they didn't get your message and you might have to use gmail.
