March 25, 200917 yr Since I upgraded to the latest release of the start centre, there is a noticable pause before the start centre opens after the icon is clicked on the desktop. The previous version opened instantly where now I see a box with nothing in it for a period of time and then the program opens properly. Once opened the program works fine.
