PMDG737 PFD Airspeed Display Issue

Featured Replies

I recently installed 800/900 to add onto the 600/700. I noticed that as soon as I lifted off the ground, the red "overspeed" markers appeared on the PFD's airspeed, filling the whole tape. Any idea what can cause this? It seems to only happen when any amount of flaps are used. As soon as the flaps we're retracted, the red markers go away. But until you retract flaps, you can not engage VNAV. This happens in decent as well. As soon as you set flaps 1, red markers fill the airspeed tape on the PFD, and VNAV has an overspeed disconnect. I am well within my speed limits. The aircraft should perform normally. I think it's a bug?Help please! Thanks in advance,Craig Gear

I think that is a problem with the 737guages.ini file, somehow the installation didn't go so well.

Hey Craig, Dan's right - there was an installation error. I used to have the same problem. There's a multi-tiered solution to this, here' s the thread. Follow the thread down and they'll give you some options to perform, works like a charm!http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtop...hl=737+airspeedPaul
