Hello,Ive bought a laptop after my desktop bought the farm, and am in the process of reloading everything onto it, including the PMDG 747-400 in both pax and cargo versions.Thought i would purchase the "extended service packages" on both the above products, however when adding them to the cart and pressing the checkout button, the next page tells me there's nothing in the checkout.Ive done a search of the forum and with the advice found from that search have allowed cookies, disabled pop-up blockers, disarmed firewalls to the point of completely opening the doors of my computer, however without success.Im at a loss of what to do next, so any advice would be appreciated.Im getting the shakes from missing out on massaging the Queen through the skies.Thanks,Andy Baird

I purchased the MD 11 this morning with no problems and yet when trying to purchase the 747 400F for fs9 this afternoon, huh huh.Like you Andy, the checkout keeps telling the basket is empty.NO ITS NOT I keep screaming at it.Come on PMDG. I have lots of cargo to shift.Chris Salter

This comes up often and the problem is usually your browser not refreshing the page. Delete the temporary internet files and try it.

Thank you Dan. Did as directed by you and all is OK. Cleared temp internet files and had no problems downloading the 747 400F. Can now ship cargo all over the world (once I have learnt to fly the thing).Chris
