Not sure what Im doing wrong, this is my second flight, and the second time this has happened. I pass over the TOD and nothing happens. I have the alt set FL 030 which is where I should get on the G/S. But when I pass over nothing. Kinda out of ideas.

Can't believe I left that out, Its the MD11. I never took any pics though. It just passes over the TD point and thats it. Stays straight and level. I know Im just not doing something right. But can't figure out what it is.

Do you have to enter winds in the descent forcast for the T/D to work? If so,can I just enter the last entry the destination winds? Comming up on the T/D again hope it works this time.

I don't understand, a cruise level of 3000 ft and you want TOD Pause to work? If the block is checked in the options, then TOD Pause in the MD11 is expected to work 3 min before the TOD. It is set up on a time basis instead of distance. Although I don't doubt the reports that there is a problem I yet have been able to reproduce any reported problem with TOD Pause... it's difficult. Need reproduceable situations.

I don't want it to pause, when I cross the T/D it does nothing, It just stays at my cruise level. Then I have to descend with the V/S. However Im doing a flight right now and this time when I crossed the T/D it started to decsend. Still learning. Thanks

Yeah, I was certain I misunderstood.. use the FMA and lookout for white. If you are expecting OTTO to work then you want magenta characters. Just a hint, hope it helps.
