I know this sounds silly, But did you check that you have the View All Variants button toggled on the bottem?

actually, this was exactly the problem. I thought about just not responding to save some face, but I didn't want things to not be resolved. In my case, hitting the variants checkbox fixed. I apologize for being stupid (4 days of trying to get a computer, drivers, and all programs running will make a person miss something...it's my only excuse :( )anyway, thanks. I hope everyone else has their problems solved as well...sincerely,chris romaniello
