addons menu does not include PMDG

hello!i have a legit FSX DLX+ sp1 and a legit 747-400x of PMDG with all the updates.i have it running perfectly on a different computer with the same specs, though in this computer i cant see the PMDG addon on the addon menu in flight.also, some of the button/aplications are inoperatable.i had this problem with LEVELD, and the solution was changing one of the DLL files to match FSX SP1.can someone help please?10xJonathan Poller.

I had the same problem and solved it by going to FSX SP2. Your mileage may differ.CheersPC

but i can run the 747-400 on my other computer with the same specs and with sp1so what can be the problem?

Just a long shot: Run a repair install, be sure to repair the C++ runtime library. Won't hurt to try.
