May 31, 200917 yr I just don't get any AI in GA airports; even large airports such as Van Nuys. Are AI aircraft restricted to commercial hubs? BTW I have Traffic X installed.
May 31, 200917 yr If you have installed any FS 9 traffic files, they will prevent the display of the default aircraft traffic file, which is where just about all the small airplane traffic can be found. The best solution is probably to go through all the installed traffic files and convert them to FS X format - Don Grovestine's excellent AI Flight Planner makes this very easy.Best regards.Luis Hot, humid Caribbean paradise!

However, I have installed Traffic X. Isn't that a FSX add on?
May 31, 200917 yr This will get you GA traffic, unfortunately the only download site I know of right now is here at avsim and the library is down.Perhaps someone has it and can upload it to sendspace for you.Click here for information
June 1, 200917 yr Sorry, I have no idea about your add-ons - I always make my own. And of course there is no guarantee that this is the reason for your missing traffic, although it seems the most reasonable culprit. However, converting traffic files to FS X format with Don's program is very easy.1. Get AI Flight Planner by Don Grovestine, as soon as the Avsim library is back up.2. Load the traffic file of your choice.3. Follow simple instructions below:Best regards.Luis Hot, humid Caribbean paradise!
June 1, 200917 yr You do have your GA traffic slider set above 0 in your fsx settings, right? Try 100 and then back it down.scott s..
