Thanks for the info Bill. Although it doesn't sound like it, I respect the programming side of things very much, and work very closely with programmers in my gig, but keep the great customer service and at least remember once you cross into the payware zone you're dealing with a whole different bunch there- me included. I see where you're coming from in even attempting to use humor- but we can get pretty cranky when shelling out the bucks and something goes awry. Creating software (and selling it) is kinda like walking on coals...not that I've ever done that!
