May 19, 200323 yr Does anyone know if the sky gets darker at higher altitudes in FS2004? In FS2002, it looks very unrealistic cruising at 45,000 ft with the bright blue sky. Flight Unlimited III is the only civilian aviation sim I know of that simulates this effect - when you're cruising at high altitudes in your 747 or Learjet in FU3, the sky is very dark, while it's bright when viewed from the ground and at lower altitidues. -
May 19, 200323 yr Author I raised this same question months ago, I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Maybe post like this will give the previewers something to look for and get the information back to us. It's about time that Microsoft added this feature since so many of us fly at higher altitudes.
