If i use FMC with B737-800 and want to type a 0 the FMC writes an 8. If type an 5 it wil give an 8How can i change thisWillem Horik

It's a misplacement of the 'click areas' in the FMC, there's no bug on your end/system/sim, it's a bug of the add-on itself.Dunno if this has been fixed with some SP by PMDG.I usually go and type FMC keys via the VC, but in some way it may work in the 2D cockpit too if you move the whole FMC a bit up and then click not on the keys you wish to press but below them.Annoying indeed.......Hope this helps

Hi Willem,Can you use your keyboard to type the numbers and if so, do they type correctly on the FMC? Also, which add-on FMC is this? Is it part of an aircraft simulation or a hardware add-on?

Willem, it can be a resolution issue, try stretching your FMC window vertically so you get a longer one.Hope this helps

If all else fails...what I did was just remember that each number click spot is actually a little below the number pad you see..just experiment a bit and soon you'll get used to the click spots. Just click lower than you think you have to, works for me.
