July 10, 200916 yr I did it in 6 minutes today from 0-40,000. One container and 15,000 lbs of fuel. I took off from jfk on runway 13r and I put the headwind at 100 knots. I took off in (I kid you not) 60 ft. and I literally stayed over the airport for a few minutes at 180 knots until 5,000 ft. I then increased speed to 250 knots until 12,000 ft. From there on I increased speed to 320 knots until it was .745 mach. And there you have it. But I cheated... Steven Penninck
