July 5, 200916 yr Hello,I have the PMDG 737NG - Whenever I disengage the Autopilot, I completely lose control of the elevator! No matter how far forwards or backwards I push the stick, the elevator doesn't budge, and the aircraft stays in its current pitch unless I adjust the trim. Other control surfaces remain controllable. Thanks for your help and time, robbier
July 5, 200916 yr "Elevator doesn't budge"What does this mean? Did you go to external view to see if the elevators move?check your trimming..I do have problems with my trimming at times. usually I leave it just into the green range for take off and let the autopilot do the rest later during cruise.
July 5, 200916 yr Author I mean that literally the elevator doesn't move. In the external view, it doesn't move, and literally the plane doesn't pitch up or down because there is no elevator movement.
July 5, 200916 yr This sounds like a controller problem. If you haven't already, check your calibration. Check if you have FSUIPC interfering. Maybe see if same problem exists in default. Dan Downs KCRP
