July 9, 200916 yr I am wondering if anyone has had this problem; I order something from Simshack.net two weeks ago, have not received the product, and have sent three inquiries to them with no reply. Does anyone have any history with them or have any idea how to contact them? This is especially frustrating since I have never ordered from them before. August 6, 200916 yr I have the same problem with them. I placed an order with them on August 2nd for a AeroSoft product. They immediately billed my credit card. I found that I have to go out of town next week and e-mailed them asking when it would ship so I would know about the approximate arrival date to alert my neighbor to look for it. I have sent them 4 e-mails now asking when and how they will ship. No response at all. My order status on line with them simply says pending. I am calling my credit card company this morning to dispute and cancel the charge. A pretty dismal way to do business.

August 6, 200916 yr Author I actually did receive the product finally, about a month after I ordered it. Considering that when I order from PC Aviator the item usually arrives within two days this seems a bit excessive. I did almost call my card to dispute the charge but then literally within a few hours I recieved an automated email telling me the product was dispatched. Bottom line is the product will come at some point, but seems way to long to wait.
