ATC not using ils runways

Its doing it at all my airports. None of the approaches are listed under the approach menu on the gps. I have no idea why because I havent changed any of them. Any ideas?
Have you tried 'turning off' all third party scenery you have installed via your scenery library?Have you considered a repair reinstall of FSX?I have not done that for a long time, so perhaps someone could shed some light whether you need to uninstall SP1 and SP2 before you perform this, then reinstall.Sute seems as if something has become corrupted within your FSX files.

What would the repair install of fsx do?? Would that replace any textures that I have installed over the default such as gex and utx and things of that nature?

No, GEX and UTX stay intact. A repair install only replaces/repairs the original default files as necessary. Most programs today do not replace the default files, and run independently from them. This would also include any third party scenery or aircraft you have, they also would stay intact. I believe the only thing you may have to do is run your UTX or GEX 'configuration' tools after the repair. Now, if you have room on your hard drive, I would probably back up your FSX folder 'just in case', but it really should not be necessary. At minimum, you may want to back-up your FSX.cfg if you have made any modifications.
