Things would be a lot easier if you assigned it to a button on your Yoke/throttle or keyboardRob

yea i had this problem when using fscrew2 on my pmdg747 the way i solved the problem is on ur fmc under the thrust page select the < than 5 thrust or anything below the normal thrust than the srcew will work this is known problem with fscrew2 with the 747 hope it solves ur prob
