June 7, 200322 yr Guys, whats the best panel for the FFX B733 and 735? I havethe DF 734 but frankly would like to have a panel that looksas awesome but doesnt require complext FMC programming. Im happyto use FSNav. The ones in the libs just dont do it for mebecause they lack the quality of the DF graphics (Yeah Im spoiledand I like great night lighting.)I have NO problem paying for panels. I have the Ariane B732panel (without TCAS). The Ariane panels are all analog...is thatcorrect for a 733?...what about the 735?Eric AND
June 7, 200322 yr Eric:I was going to mention the Dreamfleet, but you're all over that one and you seem to have the same reservations about complex FMS programming as I do. For freeware I use the nice 737 series of panels By Helio Estrela. Apparently you must have looked at these already as they have been in the file library for a while now, but just in case you haven't here are two screenshots. http://www.bwiairport.com/images/carrier_logos/co.gifAlex ChristoffN562ZBaltimore, MDhttp://forums.avsim.com/user_files/14894.jpghttp://forums.avsim.com/user_files/14895.jpg PowerSpec G426 PC running Windows 11 Pro 64-bit OS, Intel Core i7 11700K @ 3.60GHz 30 °C, 4089MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 , ASUS TUF Z590-Plus Gaming motherboard, Samsung 870 EVO 2TB SSD, Samsung 750 EVO 500GB SSD, Acer Predator X34 34" curved monitor (external view), RealSim Gear G-1000 avionics suite, RealSim Gear GNS 450, Slavix Stay Level Custom Metal Panel, Honeycomb Alpha Yoke, Redbird Alloy THI, Saitek Combat Rudder Pedals.
June 7, 200322 yr Author Generally, the 733, 734 and 735 have the same cockpit, so for the sake of realism it would be appropriate to use the DF panel. (Some airlines opted for an analogue cockpit, but that was for the sake of ensuring compatibility with their older 737 fleets.)Cheers,Gosta.http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg
