But I had something similar this afternoon with one of my Ai planes sunk deep in the middle of the parking of an italian airport! Meanwhile my own aircraft was behaving perfectly. I can't understand what happened. Claude

August 20, 200916 yr Had a similiar problem when I installed Tileproxy in FS2002. The tiles immediately below my plane were water tiles; they were surrounded by a black ring, and scenery beyond that. The water tiles and ring of black tiles moved with the plane as I flew along. The other error I got was in the TileProxy window, it said: WARNING: bytes_to_resolution() failed to determine a resolution for byte count 39666proxyUser: process_nipread() determined tile resolution = 0-James
August 20, 200916 yr Try using 'clean up world folder' in the start menu, tileproxy will rebuild the files again from your cache. If the tiles are wrong in your cache use 'manage cache services' and delete that area.

I could be wrong but I think that if you change services in the ini file and refly the same place it won't download them from your new service, it will just use the ones it had already. You need to clean up world folder so it removes them from the TileProxy Photoreal World folder too.
