Please reinstall Flight Simulator to restore or repair the missing component"I tried updating everything in my PC,i tried re-installing and updating FSX like 15-20 times, tried to install manually the MSXML4 thing, nothing works! Please someone help me as i have no more ideas on how to make this game runAnd i am really sorry if i posted in the wrong topic

If you have not already done so, post your question in the FSX forum also.

I would gladly do that, unfortunately my browsers cannot open microsoft.com I do not know what is the problem with my browsers...but i simply cannot access that siteSo,i have to relay on other sites to find the answerEverything i have googled untill now has only provided useless answers that do not work for me

Go here http://www.softpedia.com/get/CD-DVD-Tools/...t-Checker.shtml and download the component checker tool. Run it and follow the directions. The tool will identify bad data access componets, which you can then download and install. This presumes you are using Win XP.If you can't access www.microsoft.com with IE, you could have a corrupt installation. You might try upgrading to IE8.Jim Harnes

No...none of my browsers cannot open microsoft.com....i do not know why...and therefore,it means i cannot download the Component Checker, and cannot solve my problem...unless someone can provide a link to the Checker from another site...such as megaupload
