lots of problems going on here guys. lets start with the MD-11. right everything working... except the displays in the Cockpit. same in VC's all of the electrical displays have gone completely black. ive tried to play with the battery in the plane and nothing. so any ideas willl be highly appreciated.Now the 747, big problems with the 747. to start with, the monitors are black, the front wheel is locking in the left position, the ailerons are both pointed down. and none of the AP or overhead buttons are working.If anyone has any ideas please post. Thank you guys.

Very simple question:Did you buy them?Countless reports of black screens and all sorts of problems are linked to pirated versions.I would suggest you read up on the PMDG Wiki for more info.

Or you have a validations issue. If your still having problems after reading the wiki, send PMDG support an e-mail.

Ellz,All might not be lost!I will presume that you did buy these products.I had these issues after I installed the A2A P-47, for some reason when I loaded any PMDG plane after it then they would not initialize properly and in the PMDG menu at the top of FSX (Alt) all it would say is "about".I presume it is a dll. issue but is easily resolved by not selecting the troublesome aircraft as the initial one loaded.Just restart FSX.Hope this helpsDan.

You need to have advanced animations checked in FSX for some things to look right.The dark screens could also be a problem with the runtime modules. The PMDG installer installs these, they are Microsoft C++ runtimes. Try to run the installer and select repair whenever prompted. Hope this helps.
