Have you rebooted your computer and tried to duplicate this?? It would seem to me that in order for this to happen your AFCAD file for Aspen would have to be messed up.Regards,Bob

If I move UT Exclusions for Default Scenery up to show first before any other UT items it goes away but..... I get an error when going into the UT interface saying that the UT exclusions is higher than the other items and to get the full benefit of UT it should be lower. Where is that entry in your setup? Did you sandwhich your scenery tech landclass in between the UT landclass as follows:UT Landclass - UrbanSceneryTech Landclass -- North Americaany other landclassUT Landclass - VegetationRegards,Bob
September 9, 200916 yr That looks like a UTX stream is cutting across the runway and there is a mesh elevation problem. I just checked here and do not see this problem at Aspen. I have FSG mesh + UTX and other LC products installed. the LC's such as SceneryTech which only call textures wont cause this but some kind of issue with UTX streams or the installed mesh, mayI have seen strange problems like this with a bad UTX install. If the UTX patches are not installed correctly and/or the user does not run the UTX interface CTRL-SHIFT-R repair tool to be sure there are no duplicate files installed there can be some strange resultsA complete list of how to install UTX and set it up and check for errors was added to the end of the FSX tuning thread http://www.simforums.com/forums/forum_posts.asp?TID=29041
September 10, 200916 yr Author I un-installed UTX and the problem goes away. Install UTX by the book.... problem back. Seems like UTX as Aspen have issues with each other on my system for some reason. UTX wants to put that stream thru the runway and with the default there is no stream in that area. Do you have any other ideas?Edit: Just set UTX back to default install amd problem solved. Now Im going back and doing all the modifications. Jim Wenham
September 10, 200916 yr There is something other than UTX causing the problem, UTX is just exposing it. Streams don't carry elevation data, they just lay on top of the terrain. Your picture shows the stream being elevated. The only add on I can recall for Aspen was by Aerosoft. That modified the elevation of the airport. Do you or did you have that installed at some point?
