hello, im having a problem trying to download the J41.i got the order email today and in it is a link to the download, I click on it and log in and then the pageafter i log in shows thisno download link or anything, does anyone know the problem?

Did you get an email confirmation with download link? I would try the email link. If that doesn't work maybe your AVG is blocking the site from fully loading?

im using the link from the email and i also disabled avg and it still didn't work

Most problems with accessing the ecommerce site are solved by clearing cache and pmdg cookies. Once in a while I read about someone reverting to Firefox, but the simple method usually works.

Try cutting and pasting your download link. It appears as if your link has been truncated (I believe the "=" should have a number after it)
