September 26, 200916 yr Hi Guys, I bought this wonderful plane 7 days ago and still did not get answer from product support.My problem is that first I did not pop up(advice with taskbar not working in my case) window to put my llicence number so my plane doesn have voltage reading at all and all gauges are not working.They promised in 48 hours at most to response so I am still waiting .If anyone can tell me what to doThanks

September 26, 200916 yr If you don't get an autoresponse, it usually means they didn't get your email. A gmail address usually gets through their spam filter. Dan Downs KCRP
