September 30, 200916 yr Hey Fellas!Recently, I've been having a few draw distance problems in FS2004.This image is taken with 2nm visibility... There doesn't appear to be any haze at all, the environment just stops dead.Lets come outside with Auntie Mable and see the difference between 2nm visibility to Unlimited visibility...2nmNormal.Something isn't right here, either something has gone awry in my texture folder, or an effect is missing somewhat. Can anyone help me out here?I'd like to be able to fly in low visibility, and have it look right....
October 1, 200916 yr Looks like your screenshots may have been too large to get accepted. Try again so we can see what the issue is.

October 1, 200916 yr Anyways, you may want to try to download Soft Horizons from the library and see if that helps. - Red E8500 @ 4.1 | EVGA 275GTX (overclocked) | 2x2GB Mushkin Enhanced Redline @ 1066 | Samsung 24inch LCD @ 1920x1080 |
October 1, 200916 yr Nope, no visible images.Damn it. I think it's my firewall. I'm using a restricted network, because I live at University, and it appears to completely cap uploading. So Stupid.Anyways, you may want to try to download Soft Horizons from the library and see if that helps.Funnily enough, I have that, and I think that may be the cause!!

So Stupid.Jon, (anyone) if you are trying to post a screen shot of a problem, you must keep them under a 200K file size limit here at Avsim no matter where you have them uploaded to, that might be your trouble, be sure to double check them for size before AND after you post them while there is still time to edit your post (1 hour) See if that works for you.
