October 5, 200916 yr Can I use a 37 inch HDTV as a monitor for FS9?Is there any tradeoff or issues versus using a proper monitor?I am replacing the TV above and wondered if I could use it rather than "bin" it.
October 5, 200916 yr Well if you have nothing to lose, I'd say hook it up and give it a try.Besides that, I've heard people say it's not as sharp as they would like it to be, but the size makes up for it. - Red E8500 @ 4.1 | EVGA 275GTX (overclocked) | 2x2GB Mushkin Enhanced Redline @ 1066 | Samsung 24inch LCD @ 1920x1080 |
October 5, 200916 yr Well, I gave my (wife's) 32" widescreen TV a try and was really dissapointed with the image (except for the size).Anyway I'm not a tech guru, so it might also be a matter of wrong connection / settings.
