October 21, 200916 yr What weather add-on are you using if any? Also what traffic program (UT2 for FSX?).Some users have reported a problem with UT2 for FSX because it dynamically creates AI in a fashion where FSUIPC4 may not recognize it. In addition that AI may not exist soon enough as you arrive for RC to predict the correct runway in the approach phase. Some users have reported problems with ASA weather because of either rapid airport surface wind changes. This causes AI to change arrival patterns in they are in the area RC looks at during your runway assignment, a function that has highest priority in runway selections. I'm not an ASA user but have AS 6.5 for FS9, but I have seen recommendations to either turn DWC on or off, can't recall. It has something to do with applying the weather in the immediate weather globally (to all of the active FS area in a wide range around your aircraft) so as your aircraft vicinity weather changes it also changes at the destination making ATIS incorrect and erratic weather for AI at destination as you get closer to destination.
