October 29, 200916 yr Moderator In all the aircraft I have flown they have been horribly inaccurate. Just like any other fuel sensing unit in a GA aircraft, they aren't the best.I much prefer the G1000 system.Which use the exact same sensors. Avidyne's and G1000's simply display the data provided. They don't build nor supply the sensors... :(Yes what I should more clearly say is that the Avidyne system does not display this data well, it jumps around by 10 or 15 gallons all the time plus you have to enter how much fuel is in the tanks before you take off. Where as G1000 equipped versions I've never seen the fuel level bounce around that much and it knows how much is in there in the first place. Chris Miller
