It is kind of expensive and got just "so so" reviews, but it should do the job. I think NewEgg has that Tlk cooler with an i5 in a combo so you can save 10 to 15 dollars.Good luck!You might want to check to make sure that (or any other cooler) will fit your new motherboard ok so that it won't hide a pci or memory slot.RH
