December 1, 200916 yr HelloWhen I load my J41 it keeps asking for my activation code !! I enter the code and it says it is sucessful.However my J41 screens are blank (efis etc)When I try to reload it asks for acivation again The only thing I have changed recently is installing Level d 767 Any ideas please helpThanksSimon Wardwin xp sp2

December 1, 200916 yr Commercial Member Simon,No, for whatever reason a lot of ISPs automatically block our emails, it doesn't make any sense but it's what have to deal with. If you just create a free gmail account, that's always worked for people. Just make sure you include the order number and the original email address used to purchase in the email.
