December 6, 200916 yr I have stopped my stutters overclocking my RAM and disabling the HT in my i7 860. FPS are bit lower disabling HT but, bye bye stutters.
December 7, 200916 yr Author I too had this, but it didn't appear always, and if it did appear, it'd be gone after 5-10 minutes. Did you try and see how long it stays with you? For me it worked to simply stay still and look around the plane until the stutters went away. They always did. I think it was because of high autogen levels (it usually happened at airports with huge forests around it) and the system not being able to consistently draw everything at the right time, at the right place.Yes, my cooler has certain limitations as to what boards it "I´ll rather be down here wishing I was up there than be up there wishing I was down here"

December 8, 200916 yr I don't know why, I have a solid computer, good graphic card but if I set Anti-Aliasing to 8x in NHancer I get stutters. If I set it to 4x, smooth ride everywhere, locked at 30 FPS. This puzzles me, since GTX 285 should be able to do this without problems. Tomaz Drnovsek My FSX Videos My AVSIM Gallery
December 8, 200916 yr Author Probably not your GPU that is at fault here, just your regular strange ways of FSX (FSX works in mysterious ways). If you want to investigate your GPU I can recommend 3DMark. Perhaps you should do a separate post on the issue to ensure wider attention on your subject.Crewe "I´ll rather be down here wishing I was up there than be up there wishing I was down here"
