Turn on the "PWR" for the Weather Radar. Click "WX".You will have to adjust the gain and Antennae angle though to see the weather picture. I think those are the "basics" of it. There is obviously more to it than that, but you should read the manual to get a better description on what does what exactly. Regarding the Maddog, that is an add-on you will definitely have to read the manuals for. That is a seriously in-depth add-on (and probably one of the best system wise, if not the best, I have used in FS9 or FSX).Hope this helps.
