  1. I'll just wait and see if it corrects itself like you say in your post. I'm in no hurry to buy anything now anyway. I just wanted to see if it would work. Thank you, Bob
  2. Hello, I was trying to purchase the Carenado 182 from within the simulator Marketplace, mainly just to see if it works, but it doesn't. I have an X-Box account with Paypal and a credit card active, but when I select "Buy" or "Buy and Download", I get a notice that the purchase failed. Does anyone have an idea what is going on? Thank you, Bob
  3. Looks outstanding! Can't wait to try it out. I hope they consider putting a headset muting clickspot on it because this thing is going to scream. It will be hard to hear ATC on Pilotedge. Bob
  4. I'm working on I-07 now. It's a lot of fun. Hopefully I can get my I-07 this week. Bob
  5. Thank you Stephen. I'll let you know how it goes. Bob
  6. The cockpit videos that I've seen, the pilots use autopilot for the biggest part of the approach. I know that the airline companies that they work for have SOPs that require them to stay on autopilot until a certain point. It seems to me to be about 1000 ft before they disengage it. Boeing pilots seem to disengage the autopilot sooner than Airbus pilots.
  7. I'll check that Stephen. It seems like I'm doing that. If they're still not loading correctly, I'll let you know. Thank you for your help.
  8. Hello, I use Opus FSI mainly for the camera options (sometimes I use the weather too), but when I load a new aircraft, I have to select the camera settings that I have for it manually. Are the camera settings supposed to load with the aircraft? If they are, I must have something set wrong. Thank you, Bob
  9. I use Opus with FSX SE without any problems, so it is not anything to do with the Steam version.
  10. Nice list. Does the Carenado Hawker 850 install directly into P3Dv3.5 without using the migration tool? I tried to install it by pointing it to my P3Dv3 folder but it didn't install.
  11. Thank you Ron. I appreciate your help. This is a great aircraft simulation. All the time that I've had this sim, I never realized that when you say what what this aircraft is, you say "Citation Ten". I was always calling it "Citation EX". I was politely corrected by a real Citation Excel pilot...."You mean a Citation Ten"..."Ah, yea, isn't that what I said?" Bob
  12. Hello Ron, Where can I find the new update for the Citation X? I don't see it on the website or forum. Thank you, Bob
  13. You can use SPAD.neXt to set it up. I have it working good.
  14. It does and I really like the JF version. I also bought the LH version, but have not tried it out yet. When I do, I will be using the GTN750 pop-up. I know it works well with it and LH says that they are not considering putting it into the VC.
  15. It's for sale on Simmarket now. I just bought it. Be sure that you uninstall the demo before installing the purchased version.
  16. Looks interesting. Thank you. Ant's is a good developer. I might get this.

You need to try PilotEdge on for size.

I also believe that the big advantage of SIDs and STARs are if you loose communications with ATC, you have your route set with the procedures. It doesn't necessarily mean that ATC is going to make you fly it as it is printed. They may even try to give you short cuts to get you where you're going quicker if it is possible. This is why it is so funny when people are really trying to fly the full procedure with VNAV decent. I don't believe that is ever done. Once below 10,000 ft., pilots will use the vertical speed wheel for decent to ATC instructions.
  19. I agree. I think the 6, or so years of intense work that has gone into this aircraft is well worth every penny that they are charging. This Airbus is not for everyone. There is plenty of less costly options for those who would be satisfied with a less accurate model. Those who enjoy and savor hair-splitting accuracy in a flight model will have no problem with the cost and will share in appreciation for the unbelievable work and knowledge that is required to build a model like what FSLabs has offered. How many developers have tried with great hype, and failed obnoxiously in building an accurate Airbus? I join in congratulating FSLabs for the development of this outstanding Airbus simulation and their, very reasonable chosen price.
  20. I think it looks beautiful. I bought it and will try it out soon. Xtreme Prototypes have been around for a long time. I've been seeing their X15 advertised a lot, but this looks like the first serious business jet that they have released.
  21. You need to consider purchasing the registered version of FSUIPC. You won't have to worry about loosing your control profiles if your individual profiles for each aircraft are saved in FSUIPC.
  22. Thank you! Got it for about $8. Can't beat that to have a native P3Dv3 large airport.
  23. Accessing "my account" is also not available to me. They're website must have went belly-up
  24. Hello, I just realized that Angelique van Campen has published Part 1 of a very intensive review of the new PMDG DC-6 Cloudmaster. I'll be working on reading this in the next few days, but wanted to post the link so everyone else can enjoy it too. It looks like it will be very interesting. http://www.x-plained...-6-cloudmaster/ Enjoy! Bob Angelique van Campen
