    This worked for me also. Thank you! I had to be sure that my region was set correctly in XBox and on my computer settings, so that everything matched. Once I had my region set correctly the Marketplace purchases worked perfectly.

    I just removed all of my mods from the community folder and my G1000 MFD is working now. Looks like I'm back in business. This is something that I was afraid of with the mods. As soon as the sim is updated things modded will break.

    My MFD has quit working on every aircraft with the G1000, since I updated. Wish I could go back to the older version until they fix their update.

    Problem is beauty vs functionality. Since MSFS came out, I haven't flown any of my beautiful complex aircraft available in the other sims, only the sub-complex aircraft that are available in MSFS, just to see the gorgeous scenery.

    You can go with a ForeFlight basic plan or SkyDemon and they will give weather on your iPad for a pretty reasonable yearly subscription, plus a lot of other info.

    DRZEWIECKI DESIGN did a fantastic job with their Moscow scenery, so I expect that this is equally just as good. I'm getting ready to install it now.

    I'm having problems with the Marketplace also. Every time I try to purchase the 182, I get a "Purchase Failed" notice. I using the same account that I used to buy MSFS Premium Deluxe and I have Paypal and a debit card active in the account, but I still can't buy anything.

    Awesome!! I have not been disappointed. I find it hard to put MSFS away.

    If all that you flew were the default planes in FSX, then you are a gamer. I'm anxiously waiting for some study level aircraft for MSFS. Until then, I in love with that Cessna 152, and of course, the beautiful scenery which is outstanding.

    I also purchased the Premium Deluxe edition as soon as it became available. I have no regrets at all, except it won't let me buy anything from within the Marketplace. That's pretty frustrating, but maybe I can save some money because of it.

    I love TrackIR5. I find that it works great with MSFS. Actually, as beautiful as MSFS is, I would find it hard to fly in without my trusty TrackIR. I have a Rift S also, but haven't tried it yet with MSFS.

    Hello, I was trying to purchase the Carenado 182 from within the simulator Marketplace, mainly just to see if it works, but it doesn't. I have an X-Box account with Paypal and a credit card active, but when I select "Buy" or "Buy and Download", I get a notice that the purchase failed. Does anyone have an idea what is going on? Thank you, Bob

    That's exactly what makes an accurate MD11 such a pleasure to fly. It is like a hybrid. Any simulation that doesn't accurately produce this characteristics looses the concept. TFDi will get it right!

    I already have the Sky Simulation MD11, but you can bet your first born that when TDFi releases theirs, I'll scoop it up like a hundred dollar bill on the Walmart parking lot.

    To me it looks like with TrackIR, the screen stays still and the scenery moves and with VR the scenery stays still and your head moves. The end effect is similar, but VR does not have the high quality resolution of using TrackIR. It's just preference.

    That's funny with your cats! 😼 I might try it again when Microsoft Flight Simulator is released and supports it, but I really don't see the advantage over TrackIR, for myself. TrackIR leaves you with sharp graphics and so much more comfort. When my wife sees me using my RiftS, she will sneak up on me and try to make me wet myself 😠

    You don't really have to "trust" them. They don't charge your account until the product is about ready to release. Since I'll be buying it anyway, what difference does it make. I would rather have them confident that this will be a BIG seller 😁

    If they think that pre-ordering will give them a little assurance that the market is really there, I'm going to buy it anyway, so I have no problem with pre-ordering. It's kind of exciting to know it's that close to release.
